Now i got your problem Buddy.
Lack of knowledge & lot of talking.

You wanna get into this, Come i will take you there.

Brahmanas, ksatriyas, vaisyas and sudras are distinguished by the qualities
born of their own natures in accordance with the material modes, O chastiser of
the enemy.

“Peacefulness, self-control, austerity, purity, tolerance, honesty,
knowledge, wisdom and religiousness–these are the natural qualities by which
the brahmanas work.

“Heroism, power, determination, resourcefulness, courage in battle,
generosity and leadership are the natural qualities of work for the ksatriyas.

“Farming, cow protection and business are the natural work for the vaisyas,
and for the sudras there is labor and service to others.

So the Vedas recognize different people have different skills and
qualifications, but it is no by birth, it is by guna [qualification] and karma
[work]. So if someone born of a sudra [worker] father becomes qualified [guna]
and works as [karma] a brahmana he should be accepted as a brahmana… In the
same way if the son of a brahmana doesn’t have the qualifications of a brahmana
or work as a brahmana then he is not a brahmana. There are so many examples of
this in the Vedic scriptures.

Castes system in India are primarily associated with Hindu Society {NOT
HINDUISM in proper means} . Muslims sometimes expressly deny that they have
castes--they state that all Muslims are brothers under God--but observation of
Muslim life in various parts of India reveals the existence of castelike groups
and clear concern with social hierarchy. Among Indian Christians, too,
differences in caste are acknowledged and maintained.

The Indian Constitution has outlawed caste-based discrimination, in keeping
with the socialist, secular, democratic principles that founded the
nation.Caste barriers have mostly broken down in large cities.Nevertheless, the
caste system, in various forms, continues to survive in modern India
strengthened by a combination of social perceptions and divisive politics.

Again putting a light on the caste system which segregates people by
employment: 1) The head represent the Brahmins, the spiritual educators or
seekers. 2) The shoulders represent the Kshatriya, needed for protection of the
community. 3) The stomach represent the Vaisya, the entrepreneurs and business
executives. 4) The legs represent the Sudras, the instruction followers who go
through life obeying instructions.

  Justification....

The justification for the caste system is similar to the justification for
democracy
In a democracy, certain segments of populations go to poverty and others
become filthy rich, and there is associated corruption. The right to fail and
face the consequences, so as to learn, is its greatest advantage, making it
much better than the alternative. Similarly, the power abuse of one caste over
the others will happen from time to time.It is just like Darwin’s theory of
evolution, where animals get specialized in acquiring a certain set of food. In
this case, humans get specialized in their job functions so that they excel in
it over time, therefore increasing their spiritual level.

The Government of India has officially documented castes and subcastes,
primarily to determine those deserving reservation (positive discrimination in
education and jobs) through the census. The Indian reservation system, though
limited in scope, relies entirely on quotas. The Government lists consist of
Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes:

Scheduled castes (SC) - Scheduled castes generally consist of former
"untouchables" (the term "Dalit" is now preferred). The present population is
16% of the total population of India (around 160 million). For example, the
Delhi state has 49 castes listed as SC.

Scheduled tribes (ST) - Scheduled tribes generally consist of tribal groups.
The present population is 7% of the total population of India i.e. around 70
million.

Other Backward Classes (OBC) - The Mandal Commission covered more than 3000
castes under OBC Category and stated that OBCs form around 52% (which includes
casts like Jat (जाट)) of the Indian population. However, the National Sample
Survey puts the figure at 32%. There is substantial debate over the exact
number of OBCs in India. It is generally estimated to be sizable, but many
believe that it is lower than the figures quoted by either the Mandal
Commission or the National Sample Survey. Now even Muslim's are accomodated in
OBC in various States across India.

Among Muslims, those who are referred to as Ashrafs are presumed to have a
superior status derived from their foreign Arab ancestry, while the Ajlafs are
assumed to be converts from Hinduism, and have a lower status. In addition,
there is also the Arzal caste among Muslims, who were regarded by anti-caste
activists like Ambedkar as the equivalent of untouchables. In the Bengal region
of India, some Muslims also stratify their society according to 'Quoms'.While
many scholars have asserted that the Muslim Castes are not as acute in their
discrimination as that among Hindus, some like Ambedkar argued otherwise,
writing that the social evils in Muslim society were "worse than those seen in
Hindu society".

In the 19th Century, the Brahmo Samaj under Raja Ram Mohan Roy, actively
campaigned against untouchability and Casteism. The Arya Samaj founded by Swami
Dayanand also renounced discrimination against Dalits. Sri Ramakrishna
Paramahamsa and his greatest disciple Swami Vivekananda who founded the
Ramakrishna Mission that participated in the emancipation of Dalits. Upper
caste Hindus, such as Mannathu Padmanabhan also participated in movements to
abolish Untouchability against Dalits, opening his family temple for Dalits to
worship. Narayana Guru, a pious Hindu and an authority on the Vedas, also
criticized casteism and campaigned for the rights of lower-caste Hindus within
the context of Hinduism.

The first "upper-caste" temple to openly welcome Dalits into their fold was
the Laxminarayan Temple in Wardha in the year 1928 (the move was spearheaded by
reformer Jamnalal Bajaj).

Caste system is related to the Indian society, and not Hinduism, Hindu
Nationalist organizations such as the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh have actively
criticized the caste system.Caste system is a social division of people of the
same race.

As the urban societies emerged in India, gradually the structure of the caste
system began molding its shape. Today no one gives a second thought while
seating next to a passenger in a bus, whether he is of the same caste or not.
Today, in modern India, the social mobility has been increased. All the people
from different castes come together in the eating houses, railway stations,
restaurants, public latrines, etc. caste does not matter to them.

Today, the modern society is based on the class system more than the caste
system. The status is achieved not ascribed. A person can move from a lower
class to higher class. A man with a lower caste having reached the highest post
is always respected just like the way people respect others. Hence, caste plays
a very insignificant role in the society.

But, still there is some part of India which is stuck in the evil hands of
caste system and untouchability. It becomes a menace when caste system is given
too much importance. There is no doubt about that.

But the best thing about Hindu society & Hinduism is we are always ready
accept if there is something wrong which we were told in or childhood ages.We
are not radical who simply follow something for the sake of something written
in a book.We introspect ourselves more than any other religion .We as human
being also understand that all things written in holy books may not be correct
, we just don't follow things blindly as other do.

The ability to keep our minds open makes us better.

Moreover Hinduism never says come & join us, like the top most populated
religions who force people to join their religion. We have a saying, GOD is
one, only the way of reaching him may defer , they way of praying may differ,
but the ultimate goal is one for every human being. {Unlike - There is only One
GOD i.e..... i dnt think i need to mention it here}.

  Shail

Helping the poor is the holiest religion that anyone can possess and it above
all.

I'm afraid if hindus started to read Geeta, then there will be
more conversion. Because it divides people on caste

Its not the Hindu's who are unsafe.

                Its Hinduism...

How many of us read or know facts of Bhagwat Geeta in our
lifes, Like other religions , respective people know in and out of their
religious books but how many hindu;s actually know about shiv puraan, thats the
fact which is more worrying.

So many a times i saw hindu's getting converted into religions
because thier basics are not clear.

                  Jai Hind,

                  How unsafe are
                  Hindu in their own country?

Are Hindus safe in this country? In Tripura, Naga land,
Mizoram Hindu's
institutions are under attack. Christians under the guise of
Maoists are
attacking Sanskrit schools. Open religious functions are not
allowed. Media
that always remain on focus in Gujarat, never goes there.
Parallel Government
by Anti National groups run there. They collect even tax
openly and no body
dare to defy them. From Pusupati to Tirupati, Naxilites
attack on Hindus
increasing day by day. In Kashmir Hindus are
displaced in their home. Govt. funds Jamia, Aligarh
                  Muslim University
which bears Muslim character but Banaras
                  Hindu University
has been made totally secular. In education, anti-hindu
lessons are being
taught to the students. In films, scenes portraying fun of
Hindu are made. A
famous Muslim Hero can proclaim that "My name is Khan and I
not terrorist.
But no body makes " My name is Kaul and I am
a displaced person in my country".

A painter declares, "My name is M.F.Hussain and I paint nude
pictures of
                  Hindu Devi-davta."

                               Star
T.V., N.D.T.V., and cnnIBN7 strike on all news items which
hit Hindus. No
political party dare to protect Hindus as they are afraid of
loosing the votes
of Muslim community. Hindus are in wonderland to vote always
for the party
which has left its Agenda and Jhanda in Hind Mahasagar(Indian
ocean) just for its lust for power to get the votes of
Muslims.
Today, you will find mushroom of Convent Schools, Madrasses
on all
corner of the city. But through the width and length of this
country you will
                  not find even one Hindu
                  School where Hindus could
send their wards to learn Hindu way of life. (Article 30 of
the
constitution forbids this) Although, this is a secular
country but it runs on
the whims and fancy of Minority i.e. Muslims. (Mugal
raj chaloo hae) Maoists are in one side, Jehadies are on
other side
with arms in their hands and in between media is there to
defame Hindus. Hindus
are not allowed to cry. Every day, the security perception
is becoming
                  weaker day by day.

                Do you think
Hindus are safe in this country?
