I had successfully compiled 2.0.12 on Solaris-2.6 with HAVE_LIBWRAP
defined and problems with the session hanging on logouts had NOT been
seen. But 2.0.12 on IRIX-6.2 with HAVE_LIBWRAP defined has "Hang"
problems, whereas that with HAVE_LIBWRAP undefined has no problems.
