Hi Mats,
If you use RSAREF, which is RSA's non-commercial release of their
toolkit, you can distribute it for free in the US. Otherwise, it
breaks US patent laws.
Unfortunately, I don't think RSAREF is available in java :( but you
can always wait until the patent runs out this year ;) I believe it's
officially October.
Since it's GPL, I don't know if that changes anything. I'm going to
ask some legal people I know and see what they say..
