Also, under IRIX, unless you have SGI project accounting, you can disable
it by commenting out the line "#define HAVE_SGI_PROJ_H 1" in the config.h
that configure generates before building.
There has been plenty of discussion on how to disable it in the code, but
I can't remember what the other solutions were. I don't use it, and never
plan to, so this worked for me. :-)
