I've begun writing a simple implementation of the SSH v2 protocol.
I'm looking at the SSH-TRANS speicification document, and I'm confused by
an ambiguity on page 12.

It says that the client sends 'e' and the server replies with 'f', where e
and f are the Diffie Hellman exchange values.  It does NOT specify how
these values are to be encoded.  Should I expect that they are X.509
encoded?  Or are they actually transmitted plain?
