If you look down at the bottom of page 13 and the top of 14 you
will find a more detailed description of the packets exchanged
during Diffie Hellman.  ('e' and 'f' are encoded as mpints...
see draft-ietf-secsh-architecture-04.txt for a description of
mpint.)
