If you own the IP addresses, have your net admin add them to name space.
You can do someting as simple as:
78.4.dhcp.infn.it

Or you can add 151.20 to your hosts allow in tcpd/ssh2 configuration.

If you don't own the IP addresses... you must evaluate who may be using
the IP addresses and in order for it to work, you must allow all hosts
with that IP address to access your ssh2d daemon.
