Try setting RequireReverseMapping to 'no' in the /etc/ssh2/sshd2_config file.

I want to know how to setup sshd2 to accept incoming ssh2 requests
from machines that do not appear in the DNS databases (e.g. dynamically
allocated IPs). I went through ALL the documentation I could lay my
hands on, but I didn't find anything. On the server side these are the
error messages:

 Dec 28 11:14:57 Enterprise sshd[486]: connection from "151.20.78.4"
Dec 28 11:14:58 Enterprise sshd[595]: DNS lookup failed for
"151.20.78.4".
 Dec 28 11:15:09 Enterprise sshd[595]: Connection from 151.20.78.4
denied.
Authentication as user macca was attempted.
Dec 28 11:15:09 Enterprise sshd[595]: Remote host disconnected: No
further
 authentication methods available.
Dec 28 11:15:09 Enterprise sshd[595]: User authentication failed: 'No
further
 authentication methods available.'
