Anne

I welcome the idea of collecting patches at
    http://www.tigerlair.com/ssh/patches
Regarding SSH and SecurID transparent integration, see the nice
patch Jean Chouanard <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> did to support
SecurID on SSH1, extending McKillican original functionality in a
more transparent way, see:
    ftp://ftp.parc.xerox.com/pub/jean/sshsdi/
Since that one never made it into the distribution, I had reinvented
the wheel to obviate the need to use /etc/securid.conf via a new
keyword "SecurIDShells" in sshd_config, making it transparent, see:
    http://webgroup.ch/ast/SecurID4ssh1.2.27.patch
Any one of these these patches could probably be integrated into
SSH2, and to close the issue it would of course be nice if someone
would then roll it into the distribution. I personally think Jean's
patch is the best.
