OpenSSH install question:

Hello,

I am trying to install openssh-2.1.1p4.tar.gz 

During Install/configure, I get error:

"Could not find working SSLeay / OpenSSL libraries... "

But, I did have the OpenSSL libs installed and also used
"--with-ssl-dir=PATH" for OpenSSH configure option.


Any suggestions ?
