That is a good question, I believe the main difference is in the way the
files are transferred. The commercial SSH from www.ssh.com can do Secure
File transfers thus SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) is included. If
you get the Open SSH it will have something called SCP (Secure File Copy)
which is not as friendly, but you can get use to it. Perhpas things have
changed in the latest versions so you may want to look it up.
