The problem is not rekeying (which the client obviously notices that the
server can't do). The problem is that SSH2.4 from SSH Inc. fixed the draft
incompatible HMAC key length which it doesn't handle correctly with
respect to "interoperability" (OpenSSH had the right key length from the
start).
