Do ./configure --with-md5-passwords --with-pam [and the rest of the
config options].

However, I suggest you get openssh-2.5.*.src.rpm from the OpenSSH site,
and say:

rpm --rebuild openssh*.src.rpm.

That will create proper OpenSSH RPM's for you.
