Sorry if this is a bonehead question, but I am having problems using the
Windows client of ssh connecting to a RH 7.0 linux box runnin sshd2. The
problem is that when a user uploads files to his directory, it defaults the
permissions to 600. I need them to be different, but where do I make these
type changes. I thought it was the umask, but I changed that in the
.bash_profile for the user but that doesn't work (although it does make the
default file creation attributes do what I want in the shell, just not in
ftp). Could someone direct me to where I should be looking? Thanks a lot.
