How can I access anonymously with the sftp client ?

I have installed Openssh 2.5.2 in my RedHat 7.0. I have activated the
"sftp" subsystem with the following configuration:
    Subsystem sftp /usr/libexec/openssh/sftp-server

But I can't access anonymously to the system with the sftp client (The
wu-ftpd is correctly configured).

What's the problem ?
