Cant connect

Hi there,   I have a problem with my connection to ssh.... I'm running Windows platform and using SecureCRT to connect to my ssh, but it refuse to connect and I don't know what is the problem, can any one help out?   my openssh is install in a Linux server and running redhat 7.0.   Pls get back to me asap.   Thank you.
