Yes, I noticed that the distribution blocks and the reverser block are drilled differently. The steam passages through the frames are oval to accommodate the offset between them. My gaskets are simpler than your photo shows. From your comments, maybe they are swelling under steam and partially blocking one or more passages. I could open them up a bit in the way of the steam passages through the frames, and I will. While the cylinders are off the piston positions relative to the steam ports will be checked. Another simple test I will do is to buy some fresh fuel in case the fuel on hand, which admittedly is old, is not putting out enough heat.
