Mike, The double flue concept on Accucraft engines is fundamentally flawed and a remedy is not simple. David Bailey works on a conversion to ceramic burners but this requires a major surgery. The default way is to clean the gas tank and gas delivery pipes and of course jets themselves, lit and pray. Best wishes from Tokyo, Zubi PS a conversion of the double flue boiler to meths or gas burner located in the firebox should be possible but I have not seen it yet.
