Yes, in IPA it makes sense to talk about management since there is ACIs,
upgrades etc. In SSSD we only have the config file but I agree listing
configuration options is useful. I would just prefer a short overview,
the full text should be present in the man pages and we should try to
avoid duplicating text..

I added a new section called "Configuration Changes".
