So far I moved the ticket into the Future releases milestone and asked
Lukas to move it to patches welcome if he agrees.

I also moved the 1.14 backlog tickets to Future releases. Now it's time
to clean up the 1.14.3 milestone and finally plan the 1.15 milestone!
