It should be `pkg del -r {repo name}`. It is not, currently, because (unlike the install commands), `pkg delete` does not accept the `-r` flag (presumably because the only place where it makes sense is in concert with the `-a` flag and no one thought of that use case). I think that’s a bug, it should probably be fixed. And now we have a meaningful and actionable requirement. I have filed this issue: https://github.com/freebsd/pkg/issues/2494
