As part of the update process, you ran `make delete-old-libs` when you
shouldn't have.

No, some of your packages are out of date.  Check with:

    pkg query -e '%q !~ *:15:*' %n

As Herbert already mentioned, the simplest fix is to install
misc/compat14x.
