You sent me 100 patches, which, while great, were a lot of work to
handle.  Splitting this out and trying to ask for every one would have
been too much work for me, especially as you did not send them in a
one-patch-per-email format, which would have been much better, and
easier, to handle.

So in the future, please:
        - send one patch per email
        - if you change the patch from what it is upstream, please note
          what you changed and why

that will make it much easier for all of us involved.
