Was it intentional that you added only this one and not the
rest of the cp210x fixes (for cp2104) to 2.6.32? Not sure it makes much
sense to add this one alone.

I also noted that you added eb833a9e0972 ("USB: ftdi_sio: fix
TIOCSSERIAL baud_base handling") but not 108e02b129210 ("USB: ftdi_sio:
fix initial baud rate"). I think the latter one needs to be added and is
more critical than the cp210x one. Perhaps there was a mixup?
