Subject: pata_octeon_cf: fix broken build

From: Aaro Koskinen <[email protected]>

commit 4710f2facb5c68d629015747bd09b37203e0d137 upstream.

MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE is referring to wrong driver's table and breaks the
build. Fix that.
