Hi Richard,

I agree with Kevin. Grouping old versions under a common link "obsolete
versions" but somehow being able to access them I think it's a good idea,
since there are also third-party applications out there still using API
based on very old versions of stackless Python like 2.2.

Cheers

Subject: Re: [Stackless] Stackless downloads page

Richard,

When I'm trying to support multiple platforms it's often more convenient to
fix the version of each of the several libraries that I use. There's
certainly nothing wrong with collecting those links under an "obsolete
versions" header or on another page, but not being able to get the
particular version that I want has caused headaches in the past when
minor-yet-significant changes occur.

Best,

Kevin

Hi,

The stackless downloads page..

http://www.stackless.com/download/

.. features every release of Stackless made. I am considering paring
it down to latest releases for each version.

e.g. 2.5.2, 2.6.3, 3.0.1, 3.1.1 etc

Anyone think there is a need to keep the links to the obseleted
versions available?

Cheers,
Richard.
