As mentioned in the title the OpenCalais engine is missing
* support for Offline/Online mode (deactivate this engine if running in offline
mode
* check the configuration (mainly the license key users need to configure to
access the web services) on activate. The engine should not start if the key is
missing
* Add metatype.properties for this engine
* remove this Engine from the list of expected engine in the Integration-tests,
because this tests run in offline mode and after this changes the engine will
no longer be active
