Actually, Contenthub does not expose any RDF directly. Currently, it
just aggregates the enhancements, produced by Enhancer, of indexed
content items in a single RDF graph. And this graph is maintained by the
underlying Clerezza infrastructure. I am not sure, but it may be
obtained by Ontology Manager to be used in the reasoning processes.
Alessandro probably has a better answer for this.

The main prominent point in the usage of Contenthub would be to use
LDPath to create custom, semantic Solr indexes. Thanks to the LDPath,
apart from creating semantic indexes, additional data for the entities
contained in documents is obtained from Entityhub and indexed together
with the original content. However, the additional data is kept in
certain fields in the index, meaning that it is not RDF data. So, I am
not sure this feature would take place in your proposal.

Best,
Suat
