Hi, I am +1 for graduation because the community has demonstrated that it is vital. We are getting interest from the CMS community and attracting new people. We have demonstrated to be able to do releases the Apache way and have learned what it means to be an Apache project. And our mentors have said that we are ready ;)
For the list of committers, I would suggest to remove inactive people who really never contributed anything (no mail, no commit) to the project. We should avoid to claim that our team is that large when in reality it is not.
