No, I think it's saying there's a (inferior) work-around possible for
servers which don't support private/PEP.
More or less:
I'm saying that there is a inferior (no order attribute) solution to
meta-contacts that only requires jabber:iq:roster.
Its not a workaround, its a different approach with different
tradeoffs to solve the meta-contacts challenge.
