In case you didn't know, just substituting .html with .xml should do it.

I'm not sure that a document should have a reference to its source,
that doesn't seem to make much sense to me (but that might be just me
being a purist). However, the XEP index could have links to both to
make the sources more accessible. Ideally, opening the .xml file
should work out of the box, and you wouldn't even need .html anymore,
but the XEPs currently look up entities in a way that doesn't work
when browsing it remotely.
