If that's the case then that might be the root of your whole
problem and what you need to look at resolving and get yourself
some more appropriate hosting for your server, it would also
explain why the rest of us arn't having similar problems.
No, because I do run my server off an ADSL line at home (512k/256k,
too). It runs fine, and doesn't take more than 30 seconds ro so to
get initial presence after a restart.
