Welcome to asynchronous event based communication! Nothing is prefect
and any alternative would be much more painful. I agree with Peter
there are no real issues with rosters or presence that require a whole
new protocol. Besides any protocol we design today no matter how
prefect, we would find things wrong with it in a few years.
Only how it is presented to the user.
Isn't that what matters in the end?
