I'd note for the record that even this is not accurate... Jid X is
merely providing a catalogue of labels which it feels may be useful
for communications with Jid Y. There may be other labels which it
will allow, and the catalogue may include labels which it won't allow.
Right. I should have said "... it's making a suggestion about what
labels the client might use in messages to Y".
I note that I've updated xep-0258.xml in the SVN repository in attempt
to address recent list comments. I defer asking Peter to publish a
revision for a few days to allow folks to comment as to whether or not
the updates adequately address the comments.
