I tend to agree that we need to think carefully about the entire space
of blocking, filtering, intercepting, etc. Perhaps none of the existing
technologies (privacy lists, SIFT, etc.) really solve all the problems.
So maybe a good first step would be a clear problem statement, followed
by requirements. I don't have the bandwidth to work on that right now,
but perhaps in a month or two I will.
