I do need the capability to quash inbound presence, not only for moblile,
but also for presence sensors.  Sensors need the ability to inject presence
(often with priority-1), but they never want to receive presence from people
you are subscribed to.  It's the opposite of invisible.

We've got priority-1 for messages already, and I don't have a pressing need
for the IQ stuff.  Therefore, I think SIFT *could* be radically simplified.
The question is, do we want to go forward with a hodge-podge of priority-1,
privacy lists, invisibility, etc., or do we want to have a single way to
control what types of delivery you are interested in at a given time?
