Well, reviewing doesn't require as much time as editing XEPs, but the
possible topics are so many that I don't think that present and future
council can handle more without losing detail ()with all the risks) or
delegating decisions.

About this I'm more pessimistic, since I'm optimistic (e.g. when
people really understand wave - I've still do 100% myself indeed ;) -
we'll see floods here)
