6.4.5 already refers to XEP-0166 (JINGLE). XEP-0166 Abstract says "*This document describes implementation considerations related to audio codecs for use in Jingle RTP sessions.*"
XEP-0199 Abstract says the same - except it refers to video codecs. (Note - XEP-0199 Status is still 'Experimental'.) I think the current reference to Jingle in 6.4.5 is sufficient. It leads the reader to Jingle and its related XEP's.
