Interesting proposal, but that should be a separate XEP. XEP-0152 is
something that in no way depends on server side support.

I never noticed this XEP before, but it seems interesting by itself (and
hopefully will see adoption by major clients). Turning this XEP itself into
something more is probably not a good idea.
