This is mostly pointless. Also, we already have a Member from
ProcessOne (ejabberd).

In that case, I would advise the Members to vote consciously this
time :) I would suggest a few rules of thumb, if some of them are
reading this list (highly unlikely, though):

1) Don't elect more than a single person from a project/organization
2) Elect only those who:
 a) is an author/contributor of an active software XMPP project
 b) is an author of popular XEP(s) (bypassed Last Calls is preferred)
 c) is an operator of a popular XMPP service
3) Don't elect those who don't participate standards discussion. Last
Calls is a bare minimum the members should attend
4) Elect only those who has concrete goals (not the slogans like "I
want to make XMPP better, blah-blah-blah")
5) Re-elect only those who at least tried to achieve the stated goals
6) If you don't think you fit the above requirements, please, don't
re-apply

Even if these rules are not very accurate, it's much more productive to
follow at least some of them rather than blindly saying "yes".
