Even if we mandate that self-IQs have to be reflected to the sender,
it's still two round-trips just to figure out if we are still joined:

c->s: ping
c<-s: ping reflection
c->s: pong
c<-s: pong reflection

Hopefully not. MSN behavior is not specified in 0045 at all. We could
probably add a full section on that, and as long as it's optional it
would not change backward compatibility.

Either way, I'd rather go with a new feature on the MUC service /
channel JID than with a version bump.
