Hi, The only thing you can do with privacy lists is you can block someone until your next login.
There is nothing like a "block for X minutes". XEP-0191, is a full block always, not only presence, also messages, so in your use case not really suitable. of course something like that could be easily implemented inside the client, so the client just ignores presence for X minutes.
