No. In fact it wouldn't even fit on a SRV record level. For instance I have 1 SRV record pointing to xmpp.burtrum.org:443. If you connect to that over IPv4, ALPN is required or you will end up talking to nginx. If you connect to it over IPv6 ALPN is not required.
