Some opinions, mostly with my author hat on...

That's not widely used anymore so I think we can make it Obsolete.

> XEP-0048 (Bookmarks; Draft; 2007-11-07)

Move to Final.

> XEP-0059 (Result Set Management; Draft; 2006-09-20)

That's referenced by both XEP-0045 and XEP-0060, so making it Final
seems like a good idea.

> XEP-0066 (Out of Band Data; Draft; 2006-08-16)

IMHO it's still being used for various purposes, so make it Final.

> XEP-0072 (SOAP Over XMPP; Draft; 2005-12-14)

SOAP itself should be obsolete by now, shouldn't it? ;-)

> XEP-0079 (Advanced Message Processing; Draft; 2005-11-30)

That's all rather complicated, so I would not object to Obsolete.

> XEP-0092 (Software Version; Draft; 2007-02-15)

Make it Final.

> XEP-0122 (Data Forms Validation; Draft; 2004-09-22)

I was never a huge fan of that, but other specs depend on it, so I'd
argue for Final.

> XEP-0131 (Stanza Headers and Internet Metadata; Draft; 2006-07-12)

I'd be in favor of Obsolete - it never was used as widely as we thought
it would be.

> XEP-0141 (Data Forms Layout; Draft; 2005-05-12)

Same as for XEP-0122.

> XEP-0229 (Stream Compression with LZW; Draft; 2007-09-26)

The fate of Stream Compression is an open issue given long-standing
security concerns, but this one could have the same status as XEP-0138.
