Yeah, my protoXEP allows for instant certificate issuance without
challenges [1]
And we can probably have different kinds of CAs or some X.509 extension
to indicate how strict the certificate challenge was.
Probably we can have also tokens (as long as they are trusted) or
something for anonymous messaging too, but I'm not competent in this,
so cannot comment.
