Jonas,

Can we put Reactions on the agenda for adoption - assuming that the authors
remain happy to cede IPR and change control given it's been rejected twice.

I've spent another few hours trying to find a consensus position on
fastenings, but I don't think there's much point in trying further to find
common ground here.
