A possibly minor issue is that the archive identifiers present are assumed to have an unbounded lifetime. In at least some servers stanza ids are computed from internal database identifiers, or constrained to being UUIDs, and so on - and these rules will not be the same between servers. Therefore if you're switching implementation, copying the data from one to another, the archive identifiers will necessarily change. No guidance is given in these cases, but it might be useful to have a validity indicator. Or that might be catering to a very niche case.
