If we need to make that clearer, let's do so. Board did discuss whether to put it on the website only, or a XEP, or both. Making it a XEP (even if we *also* put it onto the website in a more traditional format) means we can discuss it as a community while it remains Experimental, and we have clear procedures on how it gets updated, approved, and made an Active policy. As for its relevance, I rather hope it is and remains irrelevant - really the only reason for it to be relevant is if we have a problem. Cookies seem a much better outcome. Dave.
