Without trying to delay this, considering the 'already late date'… A few quick fixes: - "A/V Calling" should be added to the list "(Core, Web, IM, and Mobile)" in both the Abstract and Introduction; - 'Changes since …' is nice, but will eventually become longer than the main content; keep the most recent, and put the rest in an appendix.
And a few less quick fixes (if only so I can point to them again next year): - most of my comments from the previous year [1] still stand; - once upon a time, there was an idea [2] for moving away from yearly Compliance Suites to 'living documents' (one for current state and another for future); it maybe worth revisiting.
