Actually the Iomega driver doesn't support IDE Zip drives for the Mac (at least
it didn't last time I
looked) so a SCSI is your only alternative. An even better alternative would be
a CD writer: Zip
disks aren't particularly cheap, and Zip drives are susceptible to the dreaded
Click of Death. I've had to replace two Zip drives in  my 3240.
